We have released 3 Guild Wars Premium themes to our theme store. Each  theme differs slightly in header image and  style.
 
These themes are also available in with Flash headers, with footage from the Guild Wars Trailer included.
 
The addition of your Guild name to the banner, footer or Flash file is included in the price.
 
2 free basic Guild Wars themes have also been added to the downloads section.

Between 00.00 and 4:00 AM on Thursday the 7th of August one of our data centres is performing a network upgrade that may take the network down for up to 30 minutes on two occasions.

This will not affect websites but it will affect some mail (POP3 and IMAP) and also WebMail. Access to your control panel may also be limited.

We have released 3 Age of ConanPremium themes. Each  theme differs slightly in header image and colour style.

We have released 4 more EVE Online themes. Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, and Minmatar are all Faction specific themes.
 
The themes come under our Premium range and available to purchase from your ClanWebs account area or our Clan Designs site. Both basic and Flash versions are available.

Over the next week we will be upgrading our mail servers.

This will mean that the IP addresses of the servers may also change. You should ensure that you always connect to the mail server using 'mail.yourdomain.com' rather than the IP address.

We have withdrawn SSH access from all of our hosting accounts.

Our network provider has requested that all SSH access to the servers must be applied for in writing, accompanied by a photocopy of some form of picture ID. This is apparently to enhance security!

We feel that the conditions set are unreasonable, and unworkable, and so the service has been withdrawn.

Please remember that in most cases FTP or our online file manager can be used to manage your account including editing files and changing file permissions.

For those of you who need to have SSH enabled, and can provide the required information. Please contact support and we will make arrangements for the service to be activated on your account.

All existing customers with SSH enabled on their accounts will be able to continue using this service until 1st August 2008.

We have released 2 new free themes for our customers.

Age of Conan and EVE Online are now both available to request with your site installation if required. The themes can also be downloaded from our theme site at Clan Designs.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve security we have reset a number of FTP and Cpanel passwords that have been classed as insecure. This could be because the password is too simple or because the password has not been changed for an extended period.

We have emailed all affected customers their new login details, if you find you cannot login to your ftp or hosting control panel, then please raise a support ticket.

Three new themes have been added to the Premium and Basic Flash themes categories.

EvE Online versions 1, 2, and 3 are priced at only £10 each. The price includes the addition of your corp name and/or logo to the header and footer.

The themes also have a larger than normal disclaimer area to allow for the EvE EULA.

We can also offer these themes with cut scene footage from the 'Trinity' trailer in a Flash header for £20.
