ClanWebs maintains the right to amend/change these terms and conditions at any time. It is the customers responsibility to check for any changes before purchase.

1. Intellectual rights.

ClanWebs maintains the intellectual rights to all Premium, Flash, and Custom themes purchased by our customers. Unauthorised redistribution of our Premium and Flash themes is strictly prohibited. Please be aware you are purchasing a finished theme, not a template. No source files are included in the download file. For modification of flash files with Clan/Guild/Squad names please contact us. We will be happy to modify it with your requirements. You are free to modify the theme code to suit your own purposes, however we will offer no support for themes that you have modified.

2. Refund policy.

2.1: No refunds will be given for any Premium or Flash themes purchased once the download link has been sent by email.

2.2: Refunds will be given for custom themes if ClanWebs fails to design a theme to the customers satisfaction.

2.3: The customer is to ensure that they are running an e107 CMS installation of at least v7.0.xx. Refunds will not be given for theme purchases that have been downloaded and are incompatible with their website scripting.

3. Download conditions

Digital downloads will remain active for 24 hours from the time of issue, during this time you will be permitted to download the theme twice. Access to your download will not be given until payment has been verified. Your shopping cart email address must be the same as email address used with your Paypal account. Failure to do this will result in your download being delayed until payment has been verified. Download information will be emailed to the address used to make payment once payment has been verified.
